The fees included in applying for a place at AASTHA PUBLIC SCHOOLand subsequent entry into the appropriate School Division include an annual fee, an establishment fee and a security deposit. The annual fees include tuition, textbooks, notebooks, boarding and lodging, basic laundry, Internet and email facilities, class field trips and most social activities. Sibling discounts are available to parents who will have more than two child studying at APS. The first sibling will be provided a 10%*(Conditions Apply) discount in annual fees, while the second and subsequent siblings are eligible for 20%*(Conditions Apply) discount in annual fees.

The Establishment Fee is 300 INR (non-refundable). The Security Deposit is 200 INR (refundable).
Particulars Amounts (Rs.) Monthly (to be Paid quarterly) with in Tala Nagri region Rs.500* or depend on area.
Fee and other charges are non-refundable, except caution money.
Tuition fee and transport charges are to be paid on a quarterly basis on or before 15th of April, July, October and January. This can also be paid in one installment for the whole year at the beginning of the session.
Please note that the Bank will accept the fee only till 15th of April, July, October and January. After this date, the fee will be accepted only in City Office / school offices with chargeable penalty (as per rule) through cheque / DD or cash. AS far as possible fee should be paid by cheque /DD and cash submission may please be avoided to save the risk of counterfeit notes.
Non – receipt of fee for the specified quarter beyond 30 days (one month) from 16th day of the first month of the quarter will entail your ward’s name getting struck – off from the master rolls. A re-admission fee will be levied in such condition for the continuation of name in rolls.
Late fee of Rs.30/- per day will be charged effective from the 16th day of the first month of the quarter till actual receipt of the quarterly fee. Please note the penalty will be effective from 16th day of quarter month to 15th day of the next to quarter month (i.e. 30 days), failing which the name will get struck from the rolls.
In case of cheques being dropped in the DROP BOX, The parents must ensure its clearance in the bank before 15th of April, July, October and January, failing which penalty charges will be levied.
The school has started with personal bank, in which parents can submit the fee by net banking / credit card/debit card etc. In such condition, extra bank charges will be levied as per Bank rules.
In case of cheque bouncing for any reason, a cheque – return charges of Rs. 750/- will be levied.
The caution money will be refunded by way of Account Payee cheque after completion of one month from the date of issue of transfer certificate.
